I cannot tell you how excited we are to be part of this event!
THE CREAM (formerly known as HITCHED) is a curated, experiential, event that showcases the most innovative people working in weddings. The cream of the crop, if you will. With four sold out events behind them – one in Los Angeles at the popular Smog Shoppe, another in Palm Springs at the hip hideaway The Ace Hotel, one at Mercury Hall in Austin, TX, and most recently brought back to Los Angeles for the biggest event yet held at the Book Bindery building. Founded by Paige Appel & Kelly Harris, owners and event producers at Bash,Please(www.bashplease.com), THE CREAM is pioneering a movement in experiential bridal fairs. Set up just like a rad wedding reception, the event brings the vision of a creative, curated wedding to life. THE CREAM is not an event with portfolio books and polyester tablecloths held on a Sunday afternoon. It is an evening of fun where you see the photographers shooting, the band singing, the cocktails being shaken, the cake being cut, the videographer filming, the fashion fashionable, and the DJ spinning.

This past summer I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa from Alchemy Fine Events, shooting this incredible 40th Birthday Bash that she designed herself. One of our favorite blogs, 100 layer cake featured the story. To see the full post click here.

Sooooo…one of our favorite blogs featured a wedding that I shot and Kenan DJ’d earlier this summer. Marc & Mel’s peace and love rally was a truly wonderful celebration. You can read all about it here!
